Badia Chicche di Patate are small, firm potato gnocchi that work particularly well with rich or creamy Italian sauces.
- Gnocchi with basil pesto and green beans: toss them with basil pesto and blanched green beans for a simple combination inspired by Ligurian cooking.
- Gnocchi with Gorgonzola DOP and walnuts: combine them with melted Gorgonzola DOP and chopped walnuts for a creamy sauce with a distinct savoury note.
