Pairings and Tips:
The Smoked Pancetta with pepper is a real treat for lovers of strong flavors. Perfect to include in traditional dishes, such as pasta alla gricia, where its smoky taste beautifully blends with Roman pecorino. Try it also in an omelette enriched with caramelized onions for a mix of sweetness and spice that will surprise your palate. Do not hesitate to use it for creating original skewers, alternating it with pieces of chicken and grilled vegetables, for a flavorful barbecue. Remember to add it at the end of cooking in legume soups for a smoky touch.- Product
